The Collision Awards are becoming part of the Telly Awards, a global award program founded in 1979 with 47 years of industry experience. Along with partners from Skwigy, STASH, and Animation World Network, they’re centering animation and motion design as a key part of their programming moving forward.
Collision is now officially part of the Telly Awards. That said, the Winner’s Gallery and Store will remain accessible on the original Collision website.
The Telly’s honor excellence in video and television across all screens, and animation and motion design work is a large part of what they honor. Collision’s tight knit community reach was a natural alignment for the Telly’s, who are looking to expand their presence in the animation and motion design industry.
Of course! The Collision Awards remain a respected industry honor that ran for two seasons before becoming part of the Telly Awards.
The Collision Awards remains a respected industry honor – which is why the Tellys have chosen to incorporate them into their program. You are still a Collision Awards winner and are welcome to refer to yourself as one.
The website is still up! We’ll be keeping it live to make sure that Winner’s can always access their winning work and order statuettes from the store while supplies last.
It will still be there! We’re committed to maintaining your win’s history so that you can continue to reference it in your work.
The Telly Awards entry fees this season are $195 for a Single Entry, and $295 for a campaign entry.
